Stylo247 is an online custom tailoring service for women which allows them to get their clothes stitched right from their homes. We help you put your waste clothes to better use by crafting a good-looking outfit out of it. You can choose from a variety of blouses, salwars, kurtis, or bottoms and we will get them stitched according to your specifications and measurements from professional tailors. We offer pickup and delivery of your order. You can simply place your orders, and we will collect the dress material and measurement from your home. Your product will be delivered in about ten working days from the time of placing the order.
Why should I choose Stylo247 over the others?

About the products

If I choose a product from the gallery, will my outfit look exactly the same as it is shown in the image?
The images shown in the product gallery are only for reference purpose. We are not selling the exact products as you see on other e-commerce websites.
Why don’t I see a “Click to Stitch” button on some of the products?
Some of the categories like lehengas, kids section, and family combo section would require further negotiation about customization and pricing with the client before they can place the order. That’s why there is no option for direct order placement in these products.
The cost indicated here is only the stitching price for the apparel. The final price of the product will be determined as our expert meets you for measurement and design confirmation. Any additional cost like lining material, buttons, design modifications request and other accessories will be charged separately.

How to Order?
  • Click on http://stylo247.com/ to land to our website.
  • Explore categories to pick your style (what you want to get stitched or refashioned – LEHENGAS / INDOWESTERN/ BOTTOMS etc.). Each category has multiple style options.
  • Select the design or style which you would like to have for your apparel.
  • Fill in the details for cloth piece, mobile number, etc.
  • CLICK to ORDER. If you have any queries / want any design changes / or something else; Click on Enquire now.
What happens after I place my order?
After you place your order or inquiry, a representative from our support team will soon contact you and address your queries. You will be asked for the time slot within the next 3 days when our representative can meet you.
What is the procedure for pick-up?
We will come to your house to collect your measurements, cloth piece and get design confirmations from you. After the dress is ready, we shall get it delivered to your house at a minimal cost.
How long will it take for my dress to be delivered after I place my order?
It will take at least ten days but the time duration might be longer depending on the style you’ve selected.
What about delivery?
After the dress is ready, we shall get it delivered to your house at a minimal cost.
What is the procedure of payment?
Once you place the order, our designer will meet you to give the pricing details if she is ready with an estimated cost. In that case, you will have to make 100% payment at the time of pick-up via Paytm, Paypal or Wiretransfer. In case the estimated cost is not confirmed, she will meet you afterward when she is ready with the estimated cost and you can pay the complete amount then to start your order.
You will receive a hard copy of the bill by our delivery representative at the time of delivery of the product. You will also get the receipt of your order via email.

I have some queries about my outfit, how can I reach out to you?
There are many options you can choose from:

  • You can chat with us; we are available 24X7. We are available on WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.
  • You can provide your name and phone number on the contact form along with a descriptive message, and we will call you back.
  • Call us on 09649950189 between 10 am to 6 pm.
  • You can meet us in person at our workshop between 11 am to 1 pm and 5 pm to 7 pm for design consultation as well as drop off your dress material.*

*Make sure you book an appointment in advance.

Customization

I have my own design in mind, would you be willing to customize?
You can share your design with us; we will be happy to personalize your apparel according to your taste.

Alteration and cancellations

If I’m not happy with the fitting, would you alter the dress?
We try our best to stitch the garment according to your specifications, if those specifications are not properly met, we will alter it for free if the alteration request was made within 3 days after delivery. It will be your responsibility to drop off the garment and pick it up after it’s done. If the request is made after three days, alteration will cost extra in accordance with the type of alteration.
What if I want to cancel my order?
You can make the request for cancellation via call or WhatsApp us on the number 09649950189. The cancellation charges will be applicable as per the scenario.

  • If you make the cancellation before or at the time when we have presented the estimated cost to you, there will be no cancellation charges.
  • If the cost estimate was confirmed at your place and you make a cancellation afterwards, you will be charged 50% of the estimated cost. You be required to collect your cloth piece from our workshop within three days of the cancellation; we shall not be responsible for the misplacement or wear and tear of your cloth piece afterward. You need to bring the advance payment receipt in that case.
  • Once the order status is in progress, you will get a receipt for advance payment via email. If at this stage, you make a cancellation, you will be charged 50% of the estimated cost and also you will have to bring the receipt of advance payment to collect your cloth piece within three days of cancellation. We shall not be responsible for your cloth piece after three days.
